Eaton's Services team is accelerating the advancement of its service offerings and scaling plans to implement software solutions for customers worldwide.The Service Sales Support Representative is primarily responsible for supporting the sales of assigned services to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. This role aims to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth by effectively managing sales leads and opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. By serving as an escalation point and collaborating with various teams, the Service Sales Support Representative ensures timely and effective customer service, optimizes the install base, and drives continuous improvement in sales processes. Additionally, this position involves providing product and service selection assistance to customers, end users, field sales, IT channels, distributors, and resellers within the designated territory. The representative will develop product-related awareness and knowledge for both internal and external customers, and represent the company to customers. Partnering with field sales, the representative will support and influence designated sales goals. Main Responsibilities :
Requirements
Fluent level of Dutch language skillsSales or order management experience preferably on electrical / IT / telecommunications is a plusTechnical sales aptitude and analytical skillsMarket, Industry, Channel and Competitive Knowledge.Salesforce knowledge is a plusNegotiation and consultative selling skills.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Written and Verbal).Build and maintain positive customer relationships through active listening, prompt resolution of problems, and projecting a positive, professional attitude.Business Acumen and Navigation Skills (Corporate structure, Channel structure, etc.).Teamwork, networking and continuous learning skills.Adapting and driving change and process improvements.Ability to build and manage a sales funnel of opportunities using a CRM solution with relevant reporting
