We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst fluent in Norwegian to join an energetic IT support team in this full-time onsite role youll act as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues via phone chat email or self-service portal. Youll log incidents manage ticket lifecycles escalate as needed coordinate with technical teams and ensure timely resolutions all while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism. Youll work both independently and collaboratively juggling priorities efficiently in a dynamic fast-paced support environment.
