Key responsibilities :

• Participation in process of making business plans;
• Encouragement, monitoring and responsibility for the realization of sales, financial and marketing plans;
• Maintaining and developing good relationships with existing and new clients;
• Active participation in key sales meetings with important clients;
• Identifying opportunities for the development of new sales channels;
• Mentoring and coaching the sales team;
• Management and optimization of collection of receivables;
• Management and optimization of stock;
• Taking care of company's image and nurturing a good reputation;
• Analysis of the competition, market trends and monitoring competitiveness of the company in the market;
• Cooperation with the headquarter company with regular reporting.
