Customer Support Representative

We're a global leader in roof windows and skylights, and we’ve recently launched our Online Sales Organization to better serve our customers across webshops and marketplaces. Now, we’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and growing team!

What you’ll do

You'll support our customers in Germany and Austria , helping them before and after purchase – by phone, email, and chat. You’ll handle sales inquiries, solve issues related to delivery, installation, or returns, and proactively support our installer partners to strengthen relationships and boost sales.

Your main responsibilities :

• Respond to customer queries and sales leads via phone, email & chat
• Follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales
• Support installer partners with account management
• Handle order processing and issues on marketplaces (like Amazon & eBay)
• Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to keep service levels high
• Contribute to customer service tools and improvement projects
