C++ Software Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level C++ Software Engineer   to join our agile development team, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of advanced medical technology solutions used worldwide.

What you will do :

• Design, implement, test, and maintain efficient and   reliable C++ code .
• Participate in the full agile development lifecycle , from requirement analysis to deployment .
• Collaborate   with product designers, UI / UX experts, cybersecurity specialists, testers, and project managers.
• Ensure   product quality   by applying modern software engineering practices (TDD, BDD, pair programming).
• Perform code reviews   and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to   continuous improvement   of product design, processes, and development practices.
• Mentor   junior colleagues and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM. 3+ years of professional experience in C++ development. Strong knowledge of OOP, STL containers, and algorithms. Good understanding of algorithms and data structures. Experience working in Windows environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern development practices (TDD, BDD, XP). Solid English communication skills, both written and spoken. Nice to Have : Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) environments. Experience with test or defect management tools (HP ALM, Polarion, JIRA, or similar). Basic SQL knowledge for working with databases.
