Position : Senior Project Manager

Location : Remote or on-site in Belgrade (Serbia), Bucharest (Romania), Riga (Latvia), Sofia (Bulgaria), or Malta

Employment Type : Full-time

Compensation : Base salary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish requirements, clarify goals, and prioritize tasks before project initiation.
• Lead the delivery process from concept to launch, ensuring effective coordination among teams and on-time completion.
• Create detailed product requirements, specifications, and user flows, aligning all relevant teams before handing off to engineering.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate product ideas into executable plans.
• Oversee schedules, manage dependencies, and synchronize priorities across several concurrent projects.
• Proactively identify and address delivery risks, maintaining clear communication and transparency with all teams.
• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum throughout project execution to ensure user-focused, scalable, and valuable outcomes.
• Regularly update senior stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and project progress.
