Munkaköri leírásBusiness fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2). Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends. Experience in setup and operation of SAP systems as well as upgrades, patches, DB upgrades for both ABAP and Java systems. Hands-on experience with SAP Rise and SAP BTP Sound knowledge in at least 2 of the common SAP databases, such as HANA, Oracle, DB2 etc. Completed university studies in business informatics / computer science or comparable qualifications and / or several years of relevant professional experience.
Job Description
- You ensure the system operation as well as the error analysis, maintenance and execution of system updates of the customer systems.
- You carry out common basic projects, such as release upgrades for ABAP as well as for Java and take over the project management if necessary.
- You are responsible for the technology planning of SAP HANA as well as the HANA migration.
- You support our customers as 2nd and 3rd level support in the areas of trouble shooting and performance services.
- You support in presales activities for new customers in the area of platform services.
