Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (additional certifications from regulatory bodies are advantageous). Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships, affiliates, or broker networks. In-depth understanding of financial markets, partner management, and regulatory frameworks. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Sound knowledge of market operations, compliance, and governance standards. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices. Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation. Understanding of the operational and marketing needs of a regulated business. David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager.
Position : Business Development Manager (LATAM)
Location : Remote
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates. Oversee their onboarding process and maintain strong, long-term relationships to support mutual growth and business success.
- Design and implement initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining the partner network. Set performance goals and key metrics, and provide tailored support to optimize engagement and productivity.
- Deliver regular training sessions to ensure partners stay informed on company offerings, tools, and relevant market updates. Monitor performance using data-driven KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all partner-related activities meet regulatory and company standards. Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct among partners.
- Liaise with internal departments—including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance—to deliver aligned and consistent support for partners. Help develop promotional materials and initiatives tailored to partner needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Use insights to enhance partner programs and maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining partners.
