Nursery Manager - Private VIP Family

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead and oversee the full operational management of our client's nursery department in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about early childhood care, capable of driving high operational standards, and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day nursery operations, supervising staff, coordinating schedules, overseeing supplies and requisitions, ensuring safety and hygiene compliance, and upholding quality childcare standards.

Responsibilities :

1. Operational Management

• Oversee daily nursery operations to ensure a safe, caring, and productive environment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly staff rotas to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor staff attendance and punctuality and address any issues proactively.
• Review and validate nursery requisitions and supply requests to avoid errors or overordering.
• Ensure all orders are necessary, cost-effective, and aligned with the approved budget.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks of toys, learning materials, and consumables.
• Follow up on comments, corrections, or pending requisitions to ensure proper resolution.
