Tasks.

  • Coordination and Oversight of the SSC IT team, ensuring alignment with global priorities and consistent collaboration with functional leads across multiple countries.
  • Liaison between the SSC and Global IT Management, translating strategic direction into operational execution within the SSC.
  • Personnel Management, including recruitment based on workforce planning and skill requirements developed in partnership with global functional leads.
  • Day-to-Day Leadership of the SSC-based IT team, providing clear direction and support in collaboration with international peers.
  • Facilitation of Skill Development and Career Growth for SSC team members, ensuring continuous development and retention of talent.
  • Performance Reporting and insights to the Head of Global IT, including feedback from both local and global stakeholders.

Requirements.

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in managing IT teams, ideally within a shared service or matrix organization.
  • Experience working in international organizations, including collaboration with cross-border functional leads and distributed management structures.
  • Exposure to or professional experience within European markets.
  • Broad understanding of IT domains including Infrastructure, Applications, and IT Governance.
  • Comfortable navigating across diverse IT specializations and collaborating with functional experts globally.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion to support collaboration and team development.
