Coordination and Oversight of the SSC IT team, ensuring alignment with global priorities and consistent collaboration with functional leads across multiple countries.
Liaison between the SSC and Global IT Management, translating strategic direction into operational execution within the SSC.
Personnel Management, including recruitment based on workforce planning and skill requirements developed in partnership with global functional leads.
Day-to-Day Leadership of the SSC-based IT team, providing clear direction and support in collaboration with international peers.
Facilitation of Skill Development and Career Growth for SSC team members, ensuring continuous development and retention of talent.
Performance Reporting and insights to the Head of Global IT, including feedback from both local and global stakeholders.
Requirements.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in managing IT teams, ideally within a shared service or matrix organization.
Experience working in international organizations, including collaboration with cross-border functional leads and distributed management structures.
Exposure to or professional experience within European markets.
Broad understanding of IT domains including Infrastructure, Applications, and IT Governance.
Comfortable navigating across diverse IT specializations and collaborating with functional experts globally.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Willingness to travel internationally on occasion to support collaboration and team development.
