Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior  AI Software Engineer to unlock the potential of GenAI across the team.blue group. The ideal candidate will utilise their technical knowledge to build exceptional AI-driven products and experiences.

This role is ideal for innovative developers eager to design, implement and integrate scalable AI solutions, focusing on APIs, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks. It’s an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our AI for SMBs, to work in an agile environment, with the latest technologies including AI based coding assistants and bring your ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable AI powered software solutions, focusing on APIs, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks
• Implement agentic AI systems using tools such as MCP servers and APIs
• Integrate AI software solutions into existing environments and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and performance optimization
• Test and deploy software solutions that meet business needs
• P articipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
