The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Are you an experienced payroll or finance specialist with a good understanding of German benefits in kind (BIK)? We are seeking an experienced, detailed oriented and proactive Senior Payroll Tax Specialist to manage and oversee the payroll taxation of the German Benefits in Kind processes . This role ensures full compliance with German tax and labor law regulations and serves as a subject matter expert on payroll related benefits and fringe taxation. You will collaborate with many departments including HR, Finance (e.g. AP, VAT, Tax team) and external payroll provider to ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing of BIK.
