What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers, becoming their go to fraud prevention expert.
  • Monitor and manage customer communications across multiple channels to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Serve as a technical and strategic advisor, offering in depth fraud analysis, industry best practices, and actionable recommendations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and optimize fraud detection rules and strategies, leveraging your analytical skills to tackle emerging fraud trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex cases.
  • Support customer onboarding by overseeing technical configurations and ensuring smooth implementations.
  • Lead training sessions for new team members and contribute to strategic internal projects.
  • Provide proactive feedback to improve processes, products, and customer outcomes.
  • Uphold service excellence by meeting SLAs and delivering measurable value to every customer.

What You'll Bring

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • A proven track record of at least 3 years in Fraud, AML, Cybercrime, or Risk Management.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities, with an aptitude for pattern recognition and fraud trend analysis.
  • Experience with cloud based software, APIs, and tools like Slack, Postman, Jira, and service desk ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python (a plus).
  • A team first mindset with a drive to learn, share knowledge, and improve continuously.
