Cold Email Marketing & Automation Specialist – Hungary

The Role

We’re looking for a Cold Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to help scale our outreach efforts in Hungary. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of email marketing — from building automation workflows to optimizing deliverability and conversions.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and manage cold email campaigns for lead generation and partnerships.

Set up and maintain automation workflows, sequences, and follow-ups.

Manage prospect lists, segmentation, and targeting across multiple campaigns.

Write and test personalized email copy to improve response and conversion rates.

Monitor deliverability, domain health, and campaign performance metrics.

Work closely with internal teams to align outreach goals with broader marketing objectives.

Continuously optimize processes and tools to scale results efficiently.

This is a fully remote position — you don’t need to be based in Hungary. If you speak English and have connections in the market, you’re encouraged to apply from anywhere.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in cold email marketing, outreach, or automation.

Strong understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DNS, etc.).

Experience using cold email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Woodpecker.

Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Hungarian is a strong plus.

Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
