As a  Tableau Developer in Operational Reporting , you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to help leaders make data-driven decisions. You will craft and execute queries upon request, present information through reports, and create data visualizations to measure the performance of various business processes. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the business technology landscape, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience; industry experience preferred)
• Years of experience :  2–10+ years in data analysis and business intelligence software (all levels considered; responsibilities and compensation will be matched to experience)
• Solid understanding of Tableau Desktop application and its functionalities
• Experience working with Databricks is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL queries, relational databases, and reporting tools
• Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Scrum and agile methodologies and IT shared service teams / offerings
