What the role entails :

Some of the key responsibilities of our Technical Lead will be-

• Individual contributor experienced in technology that requires minimal supervision.
• Leading the team in their technical approach, direction and execution.
• Accountable for the quality of the technical deliverables for the team.
• Scoping complex tasks- coordinating the team towards solving them, and unblocking them along the way.
• Collaborating with Product Owner & Team Lead if backlog needs to be shuffled or estimated.
• Responsible for providing technical feedback and advice to dev team members.
• Conducting functional, technical analysis and design as well as technical reviews.
• Contributing to the software architecture.
• Preparing and driving Architectural Design Records (ADRs)
• Contributing by sharing knowledge and experience to both the team and the clan.
• Coaching and mentoring team members in the tech area.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the tech community to identify improvements and benefits on team / clan level.
• Ability to learn fast and apply new technologies, trends & processes within an optimum timeframe.
• Keeping Documentation up-to-date.
• Presenting & demonstrating to Stakeholders.
