Munkaköri leírásGestionar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de la recepción, incluyendo el registro de entrada y salida, asignación de habitaciones y manejo de pagos. Entrenar, motivar y supervisar al equipo de recepción para garantizar un servicio de alta calidad y cumplimiento de estándares. Resolver eficientemente cualquier problema o queja de los huéspedes, asegurando su completa satisfacción. Coordinar con otros departamentos del hotel para asegurar una comunicación fluida y eficiente. Mantener registros precisos de reservas, disponibilidad de habitaciones y estadísticas de ocupación. Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de actividades promocionales y eventos del hotel. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad y estándares de calidad en la recepción. Realizar reportes de rendimiento y análisis de datos para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento. Experiencia previa de al menos 4 años en roles de gestión operativa en la industria hotelera, preferiblemente en hoteles de lujo. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y guiar a un equipo. Fuertes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y capacidad para tomar decisiones rápidas y efectivas. Orientación al cliente y compromiso con la excelencia en el servicio. Título universitario en Hostelería, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado (preferido). Como Jefe / a de Recepción, serás responsable de liderar y supervisar todas las operaciones relacionadas con la recepción del hotel. Serás el primer punto de contacto para los huéspedes, garantizando un servicio excepcional desde el momento de su llegada hasta su salida. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para asegurar una experiencia memorable para nuestros clientes.
