Customer Service Specialist

For their newly established department in Pécs , we are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on an exciting role in a dynamic, international, and friendly work environment. Your Responsibilities :

Processing orders from inquiry to invoicing
Coordinating delivery schedules, acting as an interface between production planning and sales
Providing telephone customer support
Managing correspondence and customer interactions
Preparing and following up on customer meetings
Handling customer claims
General office organization and administrative tasks
Document management

Your Profile :

Completed commercial education

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage

Fluent Hungarian, good English or German skills (spoken and written)

Excellent MS Office skills

Strong communication and organizational skills

Enjoy working on the phone

Independent, reliable, proactive, and highly service- and customer-oriented personality
