• Impact : Own UX / UI for multiple client sites and apps—from discovery and wireframes to polished UI and dev handoff. Your work will be visible and measurable (conversion lifts, task success, engagement).
• Environment : Remote‑first, collaborative, and pragmatic. We value craft, clear communication, and shipping on time.
• Tooling : Figma (variables / tokens, components, dev mode), ClickUp for project tracking, Google Workspace / Slack for collaboration, and AI tools to accelerate ideation and production—used responsibly and aligned with brand / UX quality.
• Schedule : Remote availability between 8 AM – 4 PM Eastern Time (GMT -4) with core collaboration hours 9 AM – 3 PM Eastern (GMT‑4) ; flexibility on the rest.
