Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the payable process, including supervising of payments, handling vendor / employers query process incoming vendor invoices
• Maintain fixed asset register and documentation
• Monitors, performs, and provides support for additional general ledger postings (payroll, billing etc.)
• Contribute to a reliable and timely accounting closing in accordance with the company rules and procedures including tasks like calculating accruals, creating account reconciliation
• Cooperate with other departments to gather necessary documentation, prepare statistical reports
• Participate in tax audits and statutory audits and collect necessary data for tax returns based on the supervisors instructions
• Assist the local finance team in investigating accounting issues and provide timely feedback
• Perform ad hoc tasks received from the management
