Paramount is looking for a Manager of Content Licensing Finance to support and drive financial operations across Content Sales, Studio, Download to Own & Applications, and Brand Licensing activities. You will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and providing financial insights to help guide strategic decisions across our global content licensing business.
This is a fixed-term position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the financial planning cycles including Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Outlooks, and monthly reviews
- Manage end-to-end revenue and cost tracking across brands and business units
- Analyze revenue trends, flag risks and opportunities, and provide performance insights
- Support evaluation of new business initiatives and commercial strategies
- Develop and enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field5+ years’ experience in FP&A or accounting, preferably with content licensing exposureStrong analytical skills, knowledge of US GAAP / IFRSExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP and Longview experience is an advantageProactive, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic environmentWe believe you will enjoy working with us because :
