About the Role

Are you a technically minded engineer who thrives on building relationships, discussing solutions, and driving innovation in automation and robotics? Do you enjoy sales, customer meetings, and factory visits? If so, this might be a great fit for you!

As a  Sales Engineer , you'll drive business growth by managing existing customer relationships and developing new ones. You'll lead the sales process for automation and robotization solutions, ensuring strong order intake and margin goals while aligning sales activities with FlexLink's strategy and local business plans.

Main task & responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Sell engineering projects in automation and robotization
• Expand market reach by building new client relationships
• Provide technical support and expert advice
• Conduct presentations, sales meetings, and contract negotiations
• Foster strong, long-term partnerships
• Perform initial assessments and gather data for offers
• Contribute to sales strategy development
• Manage CRM, handle RFQs, and maintain accurate records
• Define pricing and commercial terms, leading final discussions with customers
