Your tasks

• Collecting, structuring and prioritizing the requirements of various stakeholders, taking into account the company's goals and resource capacities
• Development and maintenance of the product backlog based on business value and user needs
• Allocation and planning of work packages for the efficient implementation of projects
• Supporting interdisciplinary teams in the agile development of services, including moderation of refinements, planning and reviews
• Development, optimization and implementation of a clear strategy to improve internal processes and user experience
• Monitoring and resolving bugs and incidents
• Ensuring compliance with necessary process steps and optimizing existing work processes
• Close coordination with internal stakeholders as well as transparent communication and conflict resolution in the event of competing interests
• Interface between the development team and specialist departments to ensure a smooth flow of information
