Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Following up the production plan, capacity plan, delivery plan as well as incoming materials plan
• Deploying production resources, following up production & materials progress, ensuring the production goes well and finally delivery the products as planned
• Organizing the relevant department for review in case anything unexpected happened during production process, following up actions
• Monitoring production situation and sending instant alarm once found production stopped, and also sending notification once emergency resolved
• Following up abnormal incoming materials, equipment and other issues which may affect production, take actions and follow up
• Collecting the up to date data of each workshop, creating reports
