Changing their way of working, modernizing their technology stack and architecture and the right positioning of people are key to achieving this ambition. They have organized their product teams around business processes, where together business and IT are end-to-end responsible for the digital products and services that support their operation. Now we are looking for their Budapest based office a SAP SuccessFactors Engineer colleague.

Job description

• Partner with internal clients to understand their needs and objectives, offering guidance for the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
• Design, configure, and implement customized solutions within SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and compliance requirements
• Provide ongoing support, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data
• Work efficiently in a multi-customer and multi-project environment, balancing between different requirements, priorities, and operating models

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in SuccessFactors implementation and support
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central is an advantage
• Should have experience of at least 2 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Should have implementation experience on SuccessFactors Intelligent Services and Integration Center
• Excellent understanding of the Employee Life Cycle Management process
• Able to understand and transform Business requirements into System Configuration and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices
• Experience in preparing and executing Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Having strong communication skills in English
