You will be part of a global HR Operations transformation at a truly multicultural company (24 countries) providing excellent SuccessFactors LMS technical support to HR teams and management globally.
Description :
- Oversee, maintain and set up of learning portfolio structure.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, system utilization.
- Support content owners and local teams within learning projects, implement them.
- Build online assessments and evaluations in LMS for courses.
- Support reporting, tracking of course revisions and history.
Configuration, Support, Trainings :
Support HR Teams with their questions and requests regarding system functionality, reporting, mass uploadsManage and test basic configuration changes in the system as needed (Libraries, Curricula, Categories, Courses, Assessments, Certificates, LMS roles, User permissions, Branding).Monitor SAP updates, suggest and test changes.Provide Trainings, prepare training materials for Admins, Business key users and Employees, and plan and communicate within the organization.Requirements :
3 years Admin experience in SuccessFactors modulesExtreme attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced MS Excel skillsExcellent interpersonal, collaboration and client service skillsSelf-motivated, proactive and willing to learn with a strong sense of accountabilityComfort working with cross border teams in a virtual environmentFluent EnglishBenefits :
