What Youll Be Doing :

  • Support & Troubleshoot : Handle incoming user requests via phone, chat, and email, resolving IT issues on desktop, applications, iOS, and Android devices using remote tools.
  • Problem Solving : Diagnose hardware, software, or user access issues, taking full ownership until successful resolution.
  • Collaborate with Experts : Escalate complex cases to specialists when necessary to ensure quick, efficient resolutions.
  • Document Solutions : Maintain accurate records of resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Incident & Escalation Management : Manage incidents with an eye on preventing impact on business operations.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional support, ensuring users receive high-quality assistance that adheres to service management principles.
  • Adapt & Learn : Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, adapting to ad-hoc tasks that enhance service delivery or boost key performance indicators (KPIs).

What Were Looking For :

  • Language Skills :  fluent Swedish speaker with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience with L1-L2 support, remote troubleshooting, and incident management. Knowledge of ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk, and understanding of SDLC, databases, and OS components is a plus.
  • ITIL Knowledge : Familiarity with ITIL processes is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically tackle technical issues.
  • Self-motivated : Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and assignments with ease.
  • Team Player : Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
