Payment Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Payment Specialist  to manage all disbursement activities for Paramount, CBS, and Viacom Media Networks . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global brands and be a part of our dynamic team in Budapest .

Key Responsibilities :

• Process payments for ViacomCBS / Paramount divisions using Oracle and SAP
• Manage and respond to emails in the Disbursement email inbox
• Issue manual wire payments
• Handle and resolve tickets assigned in Ramp, adhering to SLAs
• Process and resolve returned or rejected wires
• Track rejected payments to ensure timely reissuance
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in disbursements
• Reconcile bank file transfers and wire payments
• Contribute to process improvements
• Timely communication of issues to the supervisor
