Retention Specialist
General Description :
Play a pivotal role in increasing retention and driving churn reduction initiatives.
Manage key aspects of Customer Lifecycle Management based on defined priorities, aiming to increase retention and customer satisfaction.
Promote and drive cross-functional collaboration.
What You Do :
Lead churn reduction initiatives to minimize customer loss.
Contribute to the development and refinement of Allianz’s growth strategy, focusing on increasing cross-sell, customer satisfaction (recommendations), and churn prevention.
Ask the right questions to deep dive into churn data and perform root cause analysis; evaluate situations and propose actions supported by business cases.
Plan, execute, and optimize one-off actions and recurring campaigns, including project management, briefing and implementing developments / actions, and performance reporting.
Map and improve the retention and lifecycle journey by enhancing triggers, targeting, and content for different user segments.
Design and implement automated workflows and triggers to elevate the customer experience using a data-driven approach.
Collaborate with data analysts to test, learn, and iterate campaigns; work with stakeholders such as Contact Center, Product, and Sales managers to launch features and actions that drive KPIs. Serve as the owner and go-to person for retention topics across local and regional organizations.
Lead the creation and summarization of business needs and requirements by engaging peers and stakeholders; drive retention-related IT developments from the business side.
Identify opportunities to segment audiences and personalize content based on user behavior and preferences.
Continuously test, refine, and automate actions and campaign communications (e.g., CC save desk, pricing / discount schemes, automated eDMs) to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging messaging
What You Bring :
3-5+ years of retention / customer lifecycle experience, ideally in B2C companies. Project management experience is a plus.
Strong numerical proficiency with tools such as MS Power BI; experienced in crafting hypotheses and running experiments.
Proven track record working with Call Centers, business departments (Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance), IT developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver successful initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to owning and driving projects.
