Perform manual testing to validate functionality and usability of features across platforms., Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and checklists for web, mobile, and backend applications., Conduct regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing as part of the release cycle., Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development process., Working with an extensive onboarding study program to prove existing skills in practice and fill any gaps in specific knowledge that correspond to a Junior QA Engineer, Working together with a mentor and a tech lead on the hard and soft skillset to identify the strengths and keep developing them as a part of the individual development plan, Diving into the powerful QA community.
