We are announcing an opening for the following position in our Veszprém Office with home office opportunities :
Head of Policy Administration.
What you’ll do :
- Efficient Operation of Administrative Processes of the department :
- Back-office portfolio management (relevant areas : MTPL, casco, home, industrial property, liability and agricultural insurance, accident, travel, and individual life insurance) and premium accounting (relevant areas : life and non-life insurance products)
- Recording insurance contracts and premium data in databases, tracking changes in portfolios within the system (these form the basis for the following processes : premium refunds, commission accounting, claims settlement, issuance of certificates, administrative services, premium arrears collection), and invoicing processes when necessary.
- Accounting and managing commissions based on incentive conditions, processing and disbursing commission invoices.
- Managing fleet quotation processes.
- Issuing reminders and handling the recovery of commission debts from departed agents.
- Change management : transformation and efficiency improvement of the area's processes
- Reviewing and implementing automation opportunities
- Continuous monitoring and checking of performance indicators
- Workforce management within planned limits, coordinating professional training
- Close cooperation with partner areas
- Analyzing customer feedback and handling complaints at the first level
- Participation in regional and Group projects
What you bring :
College or university degree in economicsAt least 4-5 years of leadership experience in the insurance sector, preferably in operations and customer service management.Fluency in EnglishBasic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPTExcellent communication skills, proactive, dynamic personalityExperience in process optimization and automationKnowledge of project management methodologies.Category B driver's licenseWhat’s in it for you?
