MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Define the industrial guidelines
- Assure process objectives deployment and level of compliance within the site
- Manage and assure the coherence of the industrialization programs within the site perimeter
- Manage the industrial investments program
- Monitor machine performance and improvement plans
- Responsible to lead industrialization procedures, ensure continuous improvement
- Follow and control CAPEX with Industrial teams
- Master Site Industrial Performance and deliveries, DL, Quality and Asset Utilization
- Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings
- Manage and validate industrialization projects with experts support
- Define and keep budget target
- Contribute and ensure plant strategy in terms of new products
- Establish plan on plant level to improve expertise in Industrial and Valeo Production System teams
- Lead cross-functional / multilevel engineering teams including Industrial team leaders, Project, Process, Test and Lean engineers, Digitalization teams
- Plan and monitor yearly savings plan with Project Teams
