Responsibilities :

  • Leads the local Supply Chain team (demand and supply planners; logistics clerks, CIC members)

and Sales and Operations Planning Process

  • Drives efficiency of flows from supply planning and execution to customer delivery by optimizing supply chain cost, processes, inventory, sales forecasting and customer interaction, and considering specific customer requests and legal requirements, achieving the targets set
  • Continuously reviews the Sales / Production Forecast of defined portfolio of a country, mind and long term, in quantity and value
  • Orders items from production site, suppliers and co-packers and follow up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales / production plan in timing and quantities
  • Responsibility for supervising the complete processing of our customer orders (EDI, Fax or telephone) to several defined sales partners
  • Relation with Logistics provider and forwarders for the shipment of customer orders
  • Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment
  • Manges SCM related tasks of quality issues and manages phase in / out and Slobs and coordinate import activities
  • Monitoring and tracking order status and managing complaints and returns
  • Monitoring and improving the relevant KPI’s on a regular base and presents corrective measures in cooperation with all relevant internal & external stakeholders
  • Qualifications :

  • University Degree, logistics and supply chain / good standard of education (excellent standard of numeracy & literacy)
  • 2 years’ experience working in operational tasks, ideally in SCM and CIC of an international FMCG organisation

  • General knowledge / experience in SAP ERP and BI reporting is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Internal processes (Supply Chain and linked processes)
  • Reliability and availability in supplying data and information to internal / external customers.
  • Master Application skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Hungarian and English language proficient
  • Customer oriented
  • Structured working style, flexibility, and priority setting
  • Good statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to work and act independently or with minimal guidance.
  • Distinct team spirit Communication skills enjoying on international and intercultural environment.
