Job description

• Focusing on the transactional success for the order entry and it’s quality
• Managing orders for a specific region, via various ordering channels : electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms
• Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure
