Job description
- Focusing on the transactional success for the order entry and it’s quality
- Managing orders for a specific region, via various ordering channels : electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms
- Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English AND GermanStrong customer services / order management experience within a fast paced, corporate environmentExperience in a customer facing role or order processingGood MS Office skillsKnowledge of SFDC and SAP desiredAccurate and fast data entry skillsExcellent telephone mannerExcellent organization skillsInformation
