Oversee customer catalogue pricing, IT product updates, and End-of-Life transitions. Coordinate with customers and global IT suppliers to update catalogues and procure products. Ensure global pricing availability and escalate issues when necessary. Work with internal teams to refine catalogue content, pricing, and product presentation. Create stock inventory reporting templates and manage customer reporting requests. Assist with forecasting and identify potential stock shortages. Maintain regular communication with Partner Suppliers. Support Sales Order Management Facilitate new customer onboarding and transition projects.
