Job Description

Overall Purpose of Job :

KOSTAL is dedicated to digitalizing HR processes and elevating employee services to the next level. Central to this transformation is the global HCM system. As a Global HCM System Specialist, your primary focus will be on supporting rollouts of the Global HCM System, support global HR process standards and ensuring their implementation throughout the organization, defining global HR data governance, and helping regional and local HR colleagues to follow the defined standards.

Besides launching the HCM system and ensuring the HR standards, you will have the possibility to assist in the creation and monitoring of various integrations with the strategic applications of KOSTAL HR IT landscape.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities :

  • Contributing to the HR Digital Transformation process by preparing the global HR organization for a new global HCM system
  • Support the integration of companies / countries in the KOSTAL organization into current and future HCM system solutions.
  • Communicate process and data standards to the HR community to ensure their consistent implementation and adoption across global and local HR functions.
  • Translate business requirements in your area of responsibility into IT demand and address the change request to internal and 3rd party IT partners
  • Propose developments and find system synergies in the existing systems
  • Facilitate the smooth transfer of the Global HCM system related transactional services to KOSTAL internal service center by developing manuals, educating the service agents

Qualifications

Experiences and requirements :

Education :

  • College or University Degree in HR, IT or Economics
  • Work experiences – time / seniority / sector :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably from global corporate environment
  • Technical / IT knowledge :

  • Good understanding for Global HCM Solutions
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Language – with level

  • Fluent English
  • Mobility requirements

  • Travelling occasionally
  • Required Skills and Competencies :

  • Having solid understanding for HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Never expect ready to use solution, never afraid to bring new ideas and always determined to make the ideas to reality
  • Familiar to working according to waterfall and agile project management methodology
  • Holistic view on HR IT landscapes, capable to break down strategies to operative tasks
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities
  • Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills
