We are looking for a Junior Business Data Analyst / BI engineer position someone with an analytical mindset to join our team to work in a friendly analytics department. Here, you can participate in finding insights, researching and processing large amounts of data, and interacting with end-users.

Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer science, or similar.

English proficiency at level B2.

Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL or others).

Experience with SQL;

Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL.

Advanced level of MS Excel;

A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies (SDLC).

Ability to elicitate and document user requirements (basic understanding of artefacts such as user stories, use case scenarios, and SRS).

Communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers.

Good time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and handle multi-tasking activities.

Knowledge of requirements management tools : Jira and Confluence.Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.

Nice To Have :

Experience with Python 3 (Pandas, Numpy, etc.).

Git / VCS experience;

Understanding of data mining / analysis methods, working knowledge of statistical methods (Correlation, Regression, Cluster analysis, K-means, decision trees, etc.).

A / B testing techniques.

Expertise in Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks.

Data Lineage & Metadata Management Data Catalog.

Knowledge of data standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, REMIT).
