Lead Backend Software Engineer

Munkaköri leírásLead backend development of our Golang-based APIs, indexers, and services Guide a small team of backend engineers (or help build one) Design and maintain scalable, cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, GCP) Implement secure and reliable CI / CD (GitHub Actions, Flux CD) Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into real features Keep performance, uptime, and reliability top of mind (Prometheus, Loki) Explore new tools and frameworks to keep us ahead of the curve 5+ years of backend engineering experience (with 2+ years in a senior / lead role) Deep experience with Golang in production environments Understanding of blockchain fundamentals or experience working with indexers Experience deploying containerized apps with Kubernetes Solid grasp of CI / CD pipelines and cloud platforms (GCP preferred) Strong communicator and team player with leadership instincts Startup mentality — autonomous, proactive, adaptable Contributions to open-source projects Experience scaling infrastructure for high-throughput systems Familiarity with smart contracts or decentralized protocols
