About this Position
What you´ll do
- Plan and manage the replenishment of finished goods across various European countries (full planning responsibility for a specific technology portfolio within the region)
- Actively contribute to weekly planning cycles, Supply Reviews, S&OP meetings, and cross-functional project boards
- Develop and review Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), and Deployment Requirements Planning (DRP) for mid- to long-term horizons
- Collaborate closely with Henkel production plants, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams (Production, Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging, Purchasing, and 3PM)
- Make informed allocation proposals based on market needs and business priorities
- Monitor and manage inventory health, including optimization of stock levels, slow movers, scrapping, and obsoletes
- Monitors and manages service Product Availability and overall efficient End-to-End Supply Chain
- Proactively manage service level issues, supply shortages, and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary
- Create and align weekly and long-term (up to 5 years) supply plans using SAP APO
- Analyze the supply network to identify constraints or underutilized capacity, proposing adjustments to the Supply Chain leadership
- Provide input for regional Supply Review Meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance
- Continuously optimize processes and setup
