PPC Intern

Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to a large digital agency of 10+ teams, with just over 240 people dreaming up clever things every single day. We provide our services in four business units, ranging from brand strategy all the way to digital development. At Mito Performance we aim to get the most out of every interaction through the digital ecosystem and unlock our client's full business potential using a wide variety of data-driven solutions such as PPC, direct media, programmatic, analytics, CRO and SEO, working with brands like Wizz Air, Decathlon, Richter Gedeon.

And we are looking for interns because we’re too busy brewing our own coffee. We are looking for ambitious people who want to learn a wide variety of skills from digital campaign strategy to client management and get to participate in real projects with real impact on real brands.

We are on the lookout for someone who wants to start building a career in online marketing. We have good news for you if you are especially interested in PPC or Programmatic Media, because you can be one of those who are solely dedicated to our campaign manager teams.

So if you’ll give us half a year’s worth of your talent and enthusiasm starting from 4 August 2025 , we’ll give you access to knowledge and challenges, and if you are good (and we mean really good), we might offer you a Junior Campaign Manager position, after your internship is over. Sounds like a good deal?

What’s all this about?

• It’s 6 months of understanding what agency life is all about.
• It’s an opportunity to learn how a performance project works at an agency : for example how we plan and manage complex global media campaigns, how to make digital ads that people actually want to click on, or how to launch a digital billboard on Time Square.

What does the selection process look like?

First, we will review your CV and what you prepared. In the course of July, we will invite the best candidates to a (Google Meet) interview, where they can meet their future team and tell us more about themselves.

After the interview, we will let you know what we think about your application and presentation. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you feedback.

Within two weeks after the interview, we will come back to you with a final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
