    Aufgaben

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Horizon Program Manager
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of internal improvement projects across various departments
  • Maintenance and operation of the project management system for the improvement projects
  • Help organize and prepare internal demos, reporting sessions, and stakeholder updates
  • Participate in regular agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentation materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

    • Profil

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in project management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is a strong advantage
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar) is a plus
