Invoice to Cash Specialist Job Description

Our organization seeks an experienced Invoice to Cash Specialist with French proficiency to fill a key role in our international team based in Budapest.

Responsibilities :

  • Send aging reports and related documentation to customers via email or mail.
  • Communicate payment details with the Cash Application team.
  • Escalate overdue payments through established procedures.

Requirements include :

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university or college.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance position.
  • Fluent proficiency in French and English languages.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP and / or Power BI is advantageous.
