The Senior Executive Assistant provides support to another individual or group of individuals by handling correspondence, managing calendars and appointments, arranging conferences and conference calls, making travel arrangements and providing other administrative tasks.
What you’ll do
- Directly support a Managing Director and an entire department; manage day to day calendar(s) of senior management; active collaboration with other departments or external vendors
- Coordinate all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls as well as travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules / agendas for travel including handling expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense system
- May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
- Assist with creation / modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents as well as ad-hoc special projects as needed
- Order supplies and process invoices; maintain, create reports, inventories as per business needs
- Process and follow-up on Virtual Requests
- Support onboarding, transfer or leavers procedures
- Train, coach or guide other administrative staff when required
What we’ll need from you
