We're hiring a Back End Developer to enhance their backend services for real-time WebRTC and SIP calls (Go & C). You'll work with a modern stack serving thousands of users. The software handles millions of calls, messages, and emails daily, with growing channels and a high NPS of 80+. This role is vital for maintaining the agents' seamless experience as they grow internationally.
Job description
Your mission will be to deliver value with software, solve technical problems, and help the team meet its goals. You'll be expected to write the highest quality code according to industry standards, utilizing best practices and patterns. You'll also assist the team with technical challenges, participate in code reviews, and engage in pair programming. Furthermore, you'll contribute to quality processes, including manual and automated testing.
Requirements
