What You Can Expect
Daily Active Engagement : Leadership, management, and accountability for the team and product.Operational Ownership : Ownership of all day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.Business Workflow Optimization : Testing, validation, and refinement of business workflows to ensure operational efficiency.Founder Support : Coaching and support from the founder team.Profit and Loss Responsibility : You will own the P&L over time.Profit Share : You will have a significant profit share in the business, i.e., you will think like an owner from day one.Full-Time Commitment : This is a full-time role.
