Responsibilities
Key Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Supports the implementation of HR strategy in strong cooperation with the respective departments
- Key / first contact point between the areas under his / her responsibility and the HR department (Ambassador)
- Support Head of HR in different group or local HR projects
- Talent management, action plan creation and follow up
- Supports employee’s professional development and training (assessment, recognition)
- Manage induction programs
- Support HR budget creation and ensure its follow up
- Create HR reports and manage administration
- Being an advisor on HR systems (evaluations, policies, recruitment)
- Taking part in various local and global HR projects
- Initiating new processes where necessary or improving the existing ones
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of HR
Qualifications
Requirements and Key Competencies :
University or college degree, preferably in Human Resources5+ years of experience in full employee life cycle managementFluent English language knowledgeHungarian language is a mustProactive, positive personalityExcellent communication skillsAssertive, self-starter and possess ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdaptability & Multi-taskingStrong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skillsExcel in highly matrixed and cross functional environment, flexibleWhat we offer :
