Linum Consult’s client is a global engineering services group. They are urgently looking to hire a Project Recovery Lead to get a gigafactory construction project back on track. This is a day-rate, 9-month contract based in Hungary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using root cause analyses to determine project issues through data analysis, interviews, and site inspections
- Creating a detailed recovery plan that outlines strategies, timelines, and resource requirements to address the identified issues
- Maintaining open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and management; ensuring everyone is aware of the situation and recovery plan
- Allocating and managing resources effectively to support the recovery plan
- Tracking project progress against the recovery plan, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as required
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to prevent future issues and enhance project performance
