About the role

As Embellishment Coordinator you will be responsible for handling all the embellishment products’ changes (NPDs / EPDs), in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales and Supply teams. Your main task will be to create new packaging products in response to briefs. To our new colleague, we offer a fixed-term contract for a maximum of 12 months.

Your responsibilities

• Scheduling the weekly embellishment planning (availability of packaging materials and capacity planning)
• Share the timeline of orders with the production site
• Proactively identify the risks and escalate
• Ensure the needed information with the copacker
• Plan & coordinate the materials requirements
• Develop effective relationships with all the packaging suppliers
• Packaging planning & ordering
• Packaging SKU enrichment
• Lookout and implement sustainable packaging solutions
• Publish weekly reporting and action plan
• Participate in driving embellishment operational and purchasing cost savings
