- Calulating and handling project risks in Active Risk Management system
- Keeping earned value management system up to date
- Reporting projects risks and earned value status on weekly base for project managers
- Creation of decision-preparation material based on datas for project managers
- Continuos development on reporting and forecasting tools
- Liaising with the partner departements and entities
