• Calulating and handling project risks in Active Risk Management system
• Keeping earned value management system up to date
• Reporting projects risks and earned value status on weekly base for project managers
• Creation of decision-preparation material based on datas for project managers
• Continuos development on reporting and forecasting tools
• Liaising with the partner departements and entities
